Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate assignment of staff to client engagements
• Maintain real-time visibility of engagement schedules
• Serve as a contact point for staffing requests
• Report on staff utilization and workload distribution
• Support continuous improvement in staffing processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
• Experience in project-based environments highly valued
• 2-3 years relevant experience considered an asset
• Strong proficiency in Excel and project management tools
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
