This opportunity requires a strong customer service background and knowledge of estimating software such as Mitchell and Audatex. You will work closely with both clients and team members to ensure all estimating and repair processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service consistently

• Handle and resolve customer service concerns effectively

• Conduct vehicle inspections for damage assessments

• Educate clients about the claims and repair procedures

• Facilitate appointments and provide prompt service to customers

Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant automotive experience

• Understanding of insurance policies and repair procedures

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean record

• Authorized to work in Canada without restrictions
