Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain Quote Watch and major indices accurately
• Conduct daily trade and cash reconciliations
• Prepare end-of-day trading reports and summaries
• Monitor compliance queries and resolutions
• Develop CRM systems to enhance client database
Requirements:
• 3 years as Admin/Sales Assistant in financial services
• CIRO Licensing (IR/RR) essential, options preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Detail-oriented with administrative expertise
