Position: Finance Management Lead for Community Housing
Manage comprehensive finance functions as the Finance Management Lead in an impactful non-profit setting. This role requires oversight in financial accuracy and organizational compliance.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will maintain up-to-date financial records, ensure effective budget management, and facilitate compliance with all relevant regulations in non-profit finance. Conducting financial analyses will support operational improvements, while your leadership will empower the finance assistant and enhance overall departmental efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise financial record maintenance and reporting

• Assist in planning and managing budgets

• Ensure compliance with non-profit financial standards

• Develop internal controls to prevent fraud

• Support donor reporting and grant management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or related

• Minimum 10 years in finance roles, 5+ in non-profit

• Expertise in relevant finance software

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Outstanding communication abilities for diverse teams
