Elevate your career as the Vice President of Finance at Four Rivers Co-op. This executive role involves strategic financial planning and sustainable growth leadership across several business lines.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will report to the CEO and shape Four Rivers Co-op's financial strategy. Your focus will include long-term sustainability, overseeing financial planning, and enhancing organizational performance. Strong leadership will be needed as you direct the Finance, Credit, and Administrative teams while building partnerships with the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with CEO and Board on strategic directions

• Lead financial planning and business transformation initiatives

• Identify performance improvement opportunities across units

• Serve as financial advisor on market trends and risks

• Develop financial analyses to guide investments and pricing

Requirements:

• 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles

• University degree in Business or Finance

• CPA designation required

• Proven expertise in strategic financial management

• Effective communication with executives and Boards
