WSP is seeking an experienced Project Finance Coordinator for its Construction Management Services (CMS) group. In this dual-role, you will manage project finances, assist with invoicing, and support the CMS team. Your skills in accounting, coupled with proficiency in Oracle and Excel, will be crucial in overseeing budgets and ensuring accurate financial reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project budgets and financial controls  

• Review and approve client invoices  

• Maintain documentation and track project data  

• Oversee independent contractor agreements  

• Support project development plans and audits  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting and finance experience  

• Knowledge of the construction or survey industry  

• Proficient with Excel and Oracle  

• Strong organizational and communication skills  

• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
