This is a full-time on-site role located in Prince George, BC, for a Sales and Guest Experience Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing guest service operations, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, managing reservations, assisting with event planning, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and addressing guest concerns promptly. The role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance guest experiences and support the sales team’s efforts.
