Responsibilities- Develop and manage high‑quality proactive recruitment strategies for recruitment assignments within a designated portfolio to meet commitments to source active and passive candidates.
- Continuously analyze current recruitment processes and workflows, and make recommendations to improve efficiencies in the full‑cycle recruitment and approval processes and optimize recruitment processes in ADP.
- Create advertising and branding messages to attract candidates who are the right fit, share the values, goals, and mission of CSFS, and promote CSFS as an employer of choice.
- Create a positive recruitment experience for candidates.
The Role
- Post‑secondary education in Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Three to five years’ experience in a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role.
- Sales or marketing experience is an asset.
- Registered Professional Recruiter Designation preferred.

The target hiring range for this position is $38.59 to $49.97 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicant’s role‑specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and consideration of market conditions and internal equity.
