Position: Northern BC Facilities Supervisor Role
Manage and oversee facilities with BC Hydro as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Northern BC. Ensure efficient operations and safety at varied locations.

The successful candidate will supervise maintenance at several BC Hydro facilities ranging from Williams Lake to Fort Nelson. This position entails conducting inspections, scheduling work, and ensuring all activities align with safety policies. Within this role, you will strengthen collaboration with site leadership and ensure prompt responses to maintenance issues, fostering a safe and operationally sound environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight of facilities maintenance activities

• Supervise and coordinate staff and contractor schedules

• Conduct regular inspections and document findings

• Validate safety measures and timely resolutions

• Maintain effective partnerships with local site leadership

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in facilities management

• Strong supervision and communication expertise

• Knowledge of building systems and regulatory compliance

• Skilled in planning and scheduling work

• Valid driver’s license with travel availability
