Responsibilities
Assist the Regional Managing Partner (RMP) with annual budgeting and planning for the firmOversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of firm's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals; oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reportingDevelop, maintain and monitor accounting systems and procedures; capture all billings and receipts for the recording of revenue transactions, conduct G/L and variance report analysisEnsure various reports including Accounts Payable (A/P) invoices, expense reports and payroll reports are completedOversee the tracking T1’s, T2’s, T3’s, T4’s, T5’s, AIDA and NISAReview vacation and overtime stats; meet with managers to off-set overtime hours and/or make necessary adjustmentsPrepare, review and modify general templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence materialsAssist RMP with setting up and taking part in regular partner meetings, annual town hall meetings and retreat planningEnsure office resources and supplies are available and in good working orderResponsible for building maintenance and cleanliness, and maintaining office safety and securityTrain team members on MNP systems and methodologiesSupervise and assess workload of administrative team members ensuring all regional administrative procedures are carried out in an efficient and effective mannerMentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviewsContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processesMaintain flexibility to travel, as necessarySkills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration5 years of management and supervision experienceExperience in a professional services environmentKnowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations managementProven people management, relationship building and leadership skillsExperience working with Case Ware is considered a strong asset
