In this role, you will manage a team dedicated to maintaining high safety standards and optimizing maintenance practices at the Blackwater facility. Leveraging your extensive background in maintenance planning and leadership, you'll ensure all operations align with company objectives while driving continuous improvement within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee mining operation activities for safety and efficiency

• Mentor and develop the Maintenance Planning and Reliability team

• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation

• Establish preventive maintenance programs for critical equipment

• Prepare and manage maintenance reliability budgets

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline

• Minimum 10 years maintenance experience in mining

• 5 years in a leadership capacity

• Knowledge of reliability methodologies

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
