Lead the crushing operations at Artemis Gold’s Blackwater Mine in British Columbia. As a Superintendent, ensure optimal performance and safety while managing resources and operational strategies.

This Superintendent role demands strong leadership and extensive knowledge of crushing operations within a mining environment. You will guide the team to meet production targets and maintain compliance with site standards. With a focus on developing effective strategies, the position involves collaboration with various departments to drive efficiency and reliability in the crushing circuit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to BW Gold safety standards across the team

• Collaborate with Processing and Mine Operations for operational strategy

• Foster partnerships with Fixed Plant Maintenance for efficient execution

• Monitor and manage crushing budget and operational costs

• Support planning and coordination of crushing project requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining or Mechanical Engineering

• 8+ years of experience in crushing and mining operations

• 5+ years in leadership roles such as supervisor or superintendent

• Strong understanding of equipment performance and processes

• Ability to work rotational shifts in a remote location
