Lead mining operations at Artemis Gold's Blackwater Mine in British Columbia with a focus on drilling and blasting. This Supervisor role ensures safety and efficiency in operations on a 2-week on/off schedule.

Artemis Gold is seeking a Mine Operations Supervisor to join its team at the Blackwater Mine. In this critical position, you will be responsible for achieving drilling, blasting, and dewatering targets while maintaining safety standards. You will also collaborate closely with the Mine Production Supervisor to optimize resources and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety standards and procedures across mining operations

• Plan and control drilling, blasting, and dewatering activities

• Manage resource allocation and waste reduction efforts

• Conduct regular mine inspections for safety and production

• Provide performance reviews and support employee development

Requirements:

• Valid BC Mine Supervisor and Shiftboss Certificates

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in open-pit mining

• Experience with equipment operations preferred

• Ability to interpret mine plans effectively

• Strong communication skills and teamwork
