Patient Service Centres Area Supervisor

Join Life Labs as the Area Supervisor for Patient Service Centres in Prince George, BC. Lead a dedicated team to provide outstanding lab services across multiple locations.

As an Area Supervisor, you'll oversee daily management of Patient Service Centres and ensure workflow efficiency s role requires regular travel to oversee operations in nearby regions such as Quesnel, Dawson Creek, and Terrace. Your leadership will be key in delivering high-quality services and maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct operations reviews and monitor performance metrics

• Manage material supplies and control costs

• Address customer service issues effectively

• Ensure high standards during quality accreditation audits

• Lead team development and training initiatives

Requirements:

• Completion of high school; additional education is a plus

• Minimum of 3 years in leadership roles

• Phlebotomy and administrative experience preferred

• Familiarity with customer service dynamics

• Proven supervisory experience in a health or lab setting
