Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee budgeting and operational financial evaluations
• Maintain and monitor effective accounting systems
• Manage completion of payroll and financial reports
• Conduct training for administrative team members
• Facilitate partner and team meetings and retreats
Requirements:
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Professional services experience beneficial
• Strong people management and relationship skills
• Familiarity with Case Ware as an asset
• Willingness to travel as needed
