Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Change Management

Position: Project Manager with Northern Health
Lead impactful projects at Northern Health as a Project Manager, leveraging your expertise in health information and stakeholder engagement. Guide initiatives that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will coordinate and implement several critical projects under the direction of the Executive Director, Planning & Strategic Project Management. Your responsibilities will include process improvements, technology implementation, and managing change effectively. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and inspire your project teams to achieve strategic goals and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct overall project execution and completion

• Facilitate communication among diverse stakeholder groups

• Lead process improvements and workflow redesigns

• Manage project budgets and vendor negotiations

• Educate and coach project staff for success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Systems

• PMP Certification or equivalent

• Five years of recent project management experience

• Proven skills in change and risk management

• Valid BC Driver's License and willingness to travel
