Position: Area Supervisor for Patient Services
Lead Life Labs as an Area Supervisor in British Columbia, overseeing Patient Service Centres and delivering exceptional service. This role combines leadership, compliance, and operational management for your assigned sites.

In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of multiple Patient Service Centres, responsible for staff management and exceptional client service. Your leadership will cover daily workflow, compliance with corporate policies, and client care excellence. Candidates with phlebotomy skills are preferred to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor key operational metrics to enhance service delivery

• Manage staff scheduling, hiring, and performance management

• Address customer complaints and escalate issues as needed

• Conduct operations reviews and audits with a focus on quality

• Deliver training sessions on safety and operational processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma; post-secondary education is an asset

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a similar role

• Familiarity with PSC operations and administrative skills

• Supervisory experience preferred; phlebotomy skills desired

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
