Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily operations of the Agro store team

• Manage hiring, engagement, and employee performance

• Promote compliance with safety and operational policies

• Ensure accurate inventory and proper delivery procedures

• Lead efforts to enhance team productivity and retention

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field

• Five years of leadership experience in agricultural retail

• Proven expertise in managing costs and efficiency

• Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software
