Manager of Child Services

Drive impactful child and family services as the Manager at Nezul Be Hunuyeh, based in Prince George. This temporary, full-time position focuses on leadership within a dynamic, multidisciplinary social services team.

You will oversee a team of dedicated social workers and personnel, ensuring high-quality delivery of guardianship and family support services. Working under the Director, you'll be instrumental in shaping service strategies and preparing for C6 delegated authority under Bill C-92. This role requires travel across local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of delegated social workers and support staff

• Manage guardianship and family support service delivery

• Foster improvements in post-majority resource services

• Guide strategic service evolution and compliance

• Prepare for responsibility transitions under Bill C-92

Requirements:

• Management experience in child and family services

• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities

• Familiarity with Indigenous and community service needs

• Willingness to travel as necessary

• Strong planning and operational skills
