The ideal candidate will hold a P.Eng designation and have extensive consulting experience. You will navigate operational performance, ensuring projects meet safety and professional standards while growing client relationships and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery and client engagement strategies

• Oversee proposal development and contract negotiations

• Manage daily operations ensuring cost and quality control

• Supervise and mentor Project Managers and Technical Leads

• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• 10+ years in project delivery and team leadership

• P.Eng designation is mandatory

• Proven experience in budget and operational oversight

• Strong client relationship management skills

• Effective communication and strategic planning capabilities
