Operations Manager for Dawson Road Maintenance

Lead the strategic and operational performance as the Operations Manager for Dawson Road Maintenance in Smithers, BC. You will oversee safety, budget management, and service delivery.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of operations experience, with 5+ years in leadership

• Proven ability in budget ownership and strategy execution

• Experience in road maintenance or construction industry

• Strong communication skills and team-building focus

• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
