Reporting to the VP, Operations, you will manage budgets, safety initiatives, and workforce relations while ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute multi-year strategies and performance targets

• Own financial performance and budget development

• Lead service area leadership team development

• Serve as senior representative to MOTT and municipalities

• Manage responses during severe weather and emergencies

Requirements:

• Minimum ten years’ operations experience, five in leadership

• Strong focus on operations and high-performing teams

• Demonstrated profit and loss management

• Knowledge of road and bridge maintenance standards

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
