As the Proposal and Estimating Specialist, you will handle client communications, create detailed project proposals, and track leads. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop well-detailed proposals and estimates for drilling projects

• Report on sales activity and follow up with clients

• Act as the main contact for daily client interactions

• Proactively generate leads through outreach efforts

• Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Business Central Dynamics valued

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an asset

• Previous drilling industry experience is highly regarded

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
