Jumpstart your career in sales support as a Sales Coordinator at Viacore in Prince George, BC. Bring your computer skills and customer service focus to our Inside Sales team. Viacore is hiring a proactive individual for our Inside Sales department.
Essential tasks include managing customer orders, maintaining excellent customer relations, and ensuring all invoicing procedures are properly followed. Additionally, you’ll assist in producing work orders and help with payroll entries at month‑end.
Key Responsibilities Process customer orders via phone, email, and walk-ins
Complete invoicing accurately with proper documentation
Generate work orders and coordinate slitting jobs
Assist Outside Sales with necessary quotations
Input payroll hours for service crew and other processes
Requirements Basic knowledge of mechanics and conveyors
Computer proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft tools
Solid understanding of financial and invoicing processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Detail‑oriented and skilled at managing multiple tasks
Use your sales and organizational skills to contribute to Viacore's success.
