The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating sales within an assigned territory of existing & new accounts. This position will be accountable for achieving quota by prospecting new customers and growing existing relationships.
What you will enjoy doing
You will generate sales within an assigned territory by managing both existing accounts and developing new customers
Focus on achieving your sales quota through new business development and by strengthening long-term customer relationships
In addition, you will promote sales and provide ongoing account service to assigned and potential customers, both onsite and by phone
Improve gross profit and overall profitability by fully understanding and positioning the company’s value propositions
You will support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches within your territory
Secure long-term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements with key customers
Maintain an active list of target accounts by generating, qualifying, and following up on new business leads while monitoring competitive activity
Also, you will ensure complete and accurate account setup and pricing data, and demonstrate products to new account customers as needed
What makes you great
You have a High-school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree is preferred to provide a strong educational foundation
Five to seven (5-7) years of outside sales experience preferred, ensuring a robust background in sales
Experience in industrial gases is an asset, enhancing your expertise in the field
Welding experience is preferred, offering additional industry-specific skills

This is an existing position with a starting salary of $80,000/year.
