This role involves processing customer orders, maintaining excellent relationships, and ensuring financial accuracy through invoicing. You'll also generate work orders and assist with monthly payroll entries, playing a key role in the Inside Sales department's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer orders through phone, email, and walk-ins
• Accurately complete invoicing with proper documentation
• Generate work orders and coordinate slitting jobs
• Support Outside Sales with necessary quotations
• Enter payroll hours for service crew efficiently
Requirements:
• Basic understanding of mechanics and conveyors
• Computer proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft tools
• Strong grasp of financial and invoicing processes
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities
Contribute effectively to Viacore's sales support initiatives through your skills in organization and customer service.
