What You’ll Do   Work directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
Represent a nationally trusted home improvement brand
Start conversations and generate qualified appointments
Use proven sales scripts and training systems
Work outdoors with a competitive, motivated team
Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills
Pay & Benefits  $39,520/yr base pay
Uncapped commission

Top-performing reps regularly earn: $100K–$120K+ annually
