Uncapped, commission-based income (no base salary)
Top performers: $100,000 – $300,000+ annually

What You’ll Do
Meet with customers and learn about their travel goals
Walk through RVs and demonstrate features in an engaging, easy-to-understand way
Help customers choose the right RV for their needs and budget
Follow up on leads and build long-term relationships
Work closely with finance and service teams to deliver a great experience
You’re not just selling, you’re helping people start their next chapter of adventure.
