Service Advisor

Position: Full-Time Service Advisor
Become a valued member of BCAA's team as a Full-Time Service Advisor in Prince George. Engage with customers to provide tailored insurance solutions and exceptional support every day.

BCAA is seeking a Full-Time Service Advisor to enhance customer experiences in our Member Contact Centre. You will leverage your skills in a sales and service environment to recommend BCAA memberships, travel, and auto insurance. By working closely with customers, you'll address their needs and help them navigate life events while building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote BCAA insurance products and services via phone

• Collaborate with support teams to recommend coverage

• Identify cost-saving options for customers' needs

• Provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals

• Participate in training courses to enhance industry knowledge

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ experience in sales and service

• Level 1 Insurance license or commitment to obtain

• Completion of Autoplan Essentials within three months

• Good standing with the Insurance Council of BC

• Comfortable with MS Office applications
