Auto Mobile Associate

HUB International is a leading North American insurance brokerage. We are looking for a proactive, customer‑oriented Auto Mobile Associate to support our clients and local dealerships, ensuring tailored insurance solutions and outstanding service.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and dealership representatives.
• Proactively offer solutions using a variety of ICBC and private insurance products while achieving performance targets.
• Process auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments.
• Develop new business through cross‑selling and referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines.

• Level 2 General Insurance License preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Demonstrated sales experience and drive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions.
• Weekend and evening availability.
• Willingness to use personal vehicle to travel to dealerships (mileage reimbursement).

The position offers a variable compensation structure consisting of a base salary of $40,000–$42,000 plus commission. Base and commission figures vary with the successful candidate’s book of business.
