We're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who want to build a rewarding sales career with Canada's largest and most trusted RV dealership.
Whether you've worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, telecommunications, real estate, automotive, or another customer-facing sales role, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
What You Can Earn
Uncapped commission-based income
Intro pay up to $5000 per month for the first 3 months
Top performers earn $100,000 - $300,000 annually
No cap on your success
This is an opportunity for someone who is ambitious, coachable, and motivated by results.

What You'll Do
Meet with customers and learn about their travel goals and lifestyle
Demonstrate RVs through engaging walkarounds and product presentations
Match customers with the RV that best fits their needs and budget
Follow up on leads and build lasting customer relationships
Work closely with finance and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Continuously build your product knowledge and sales expertise
What We're Looking For
Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivation and a desire to achieve goals
Availability to work weekends during peak season
Someone looking for a career, not just a job
