As a full-time Terrestrial Ecologist, you'll play an essential role in managing ecological projects across northern BC, collaborating closely with the Tsay Keh Dene Nation. Your expertise in soils, vegetation, and ecosystem mapping will guide your project leadership, ensuring successful and sustainable outcomes. This role emphasizes mentorship and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage terrestrial ecology projects through all phases

• Lead and participate in field studies and data collection

• Develop technical reports and support quality assurance

• Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams

• Build client connections and assist in business development
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or equivalent

• More than 5 years of experience in ecological consulting

• Current Professional Biologist registration or eligibility

• Valid BC driver's licence

• Willingness to travel for field assignments
