Position: Full-Time Environmental Monitor at Centerra Gold
Elevate your career with Centerra Gold as a full-time Environmental Monitor at the Kemess Mine in British Columbia. Engage in vital environmental monitoring and field support to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

This camp-based position operates on a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation. You will implement monitoring programs, manage field data, and ensure the quality of water and air samples. Collaboration with consultants and following Standard Operating Procedures will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement environmental monitoring programs per site SOPs

• Record and file field data accurately and timely

• Handle and ship water and air samples accordingly

• Support wildlife monitoring programs on site

• Assist with erosion and sediment control practices

Requirements:

• Recommended certification in environmental monitoring

• Degree or diploma in Environmental Science or related field preferred

• Previous experience in environmental monitoring is an asset

• Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office

• Valid Canadian Driver's License
