Finning Dual Ticket Electrician

Become a Dual Ticket Electrician/HET with Finning Canada, specializing in CAT generator systems for the Power & Energy service team. This permanent role offers competitive pay and exciting challenges.

In this position, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various power systems across customer sites. Collaboration, technical skills, and safety commitment are key in providing top-tier service while representing Finning and CAT

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission diesel and natural gas CAT generators

• Troubleshoot automatic controls and switch gear systems

• Interpret electrical schematics for efficient work execution

• Perform functional testing and load validation on systems

• Conduct mechanical repairs on engines and compressors

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Electrician Certification (Red Seal ideal)

• HET Certification or intent to pursue it

• Electrical safety training in Arc Flash and Shock required

• Experience in industrial power and generator environments

• Clean class 5 driver's license mandatory
