Electrical Security Technician

Join Houle's team as an Electrical Security Technician in Prince George, BC. You will install and manage various security systems, ensuring safety and efficiency at diverse sites.

The role requires a certified Electrician or Security Systems Technician skilled in installing CCTV, access control, and healthcare systems. You'll work on active construction sites, interpreting blueprints and technical documents to execute installations correctly. Responding to customer queries and performing system troubleshooting will also be key aspects of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure CCTV and Access Control systems

• Interpret blueprints and circuit diagrams accurately

• Diagnose and resolve technical system problems

• Maintain records of installations and service calls

• Train users on systems like Lenel and Axis

Requirements:

• Electrician certification or Security Technician Trade Qualification

• Experience on active construction sites

• Valid Security Alarm Installer License or willingness to obtain

• Strong knowledge of security technologies and systems

• Willingness to work after hours on call
