You will help install and support solar arrays, inverters, wiring, grounding, battery systems, and energy storage components while working safely and efficiently in active jobsite environments.

Typical 10‑12 hour shifts with overtime guaranteed

Employer‑paid accommodations, LOA covered separately, plus mileage/flights and travel time covered
Group benefits, annual safety allowance, referral bonus program, EAP, and growth opportunities
Based on a 7‑day schedule, gross weekly wages can be approximately $3,400–$4,452 before deductions, before additional LOA, mileage, travel time, and employer‑paid accommodations.
Why This Role Stands Out
Strong earning potential through rotation‑based project work and overtime.
Employer‑paid accommodations and paid travel support while working away from home.
Hands‑on exposure to solar PV, inverters, battery systems, and renewable energy installations.
A meaningful project environment where safe, high-quality work matters every day.
What You’ll Do
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems connected to solar PV and battery storage projects.
Connect wiring, breakers, switches, grounding systems, inverters, solar arrays, and battery energy components.
Read and follow drawings, technical diagrams, code requirements, and site‑specific instructions.
Use electrical testing devices to diagnose issues and complete repairs or replacements safely.
Work safely at heights, including rooftop solar installations, and follow all required safety procedures.
Collaborate with other trades, site teams, supervisors, and project leaders to keep work moving efficiently.
Support apprentices or junior electricians when guidance is needed.
What You Bring
Journeyperson Electrician certification/licensing.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, code requirements, drawings, and specifications.
Confidence using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.

Comfort working on active construction sites, outdoors, on ladders, and on rooftops.
Ability to complete hands‑on physical work, including lifting and carrying materials and tools as required.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
