Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and maintain mill machinery effectively

• Implement predictive and preventative maintenance tasks

• Read and assemble machinery from blueprints

• Lead efforts in continuous improvement initiatives

• Identify potential enhancements for machinery operations

Requirements:

• Experienced in heavy industry maintenance roles

• Strong focus on workplace safety and health

• Exceptional communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously and with minimal supervision

• Valid driver’s license required
