Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and document site safety procedures

• Identify wet areas using specialized equipment

• Set up and monitor drying plans based on guidelines

• Execute controlled demolition and material removal

• Help with emergency site board-ups as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in restoration or demolition desirable

• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds safely

• Commitment to on-call duties and overtime

• Requires a valid driver’s license and vehicle access

• Must have a clean criminal record and driving history
