As a permanent Journeyperson Helper, you will play a vital role in assisting Journeyperson Mechanics and maintaining equipment. Your responsibilities include cleaning the shop, fueling machines, performing minor services, and handling attachments. You will work on a 7x7 shift in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general shop and yard cleanup

• Fuel machines for efficient operation

• Perform minor services like oil changes

• Aid mechanics in guard installations and removals

• Maintain equipment attachments as needed

Requirements:

• Mechanically inclined with team collaboration skills

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

• Experience in a maintenance shop preferred

• Ability to work under minimal supervision

• Forklift certification considered an asset
