• Diagnose and repair equipment on-site in field conditions

• Timely address customer inquiries and service needs

• Apply Caterpillar SIS and ET for repairs

• Prepare technical documents for service records

• Collaborate with customers and team members
Requirements:

• Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician Certification

• 3 years of mechanical experience in a field role

• Clean driver abstract and valid driver’s license

• Familiarity with Caterpillar products

• Strong safety awareness and computer skills
