Position: Journeyperson Welder at Finning

This permanent position requires an Interprovincial Welder Ticket, offering a shift of 7x7 continuous work. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of construction and mining equipment, performing routine maintenance, and completing technical documentation. Collaborate with the Service Supervisor and the broader Finning team to ensure top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair Caterpillar construction equipment

• Perform routine maintenance and component rebuilds

• Complete technical documentation for service reports

• Interact with customers and support sales teams

• Work safely at heights and in confined spaces

Requirements:

• Interprovincial Journeyperson Welder Ticket

• Strong welding aptitude in SMAW and FCAW

• Safety-conscious with excellent communication skills

• Experience in machining or repair welding is an asset

• Ability to adapt to fieldwork and fit testing
