Pipelayer: Underground Utility Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for installing essential underground utilities while ensuring compliance with all standards. You will read and interpret civil construction plans effectively and work alongside a dedicated team. Your focus on quality and safety will directly contribute to our project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install storm, water, and sewer mains efficiently

• Utilize heavy equipment for safe utility exposure

• Dig trenches and manage bedding depths accurately

• Set manholes and box culverts according to design

• Notify supervisors of any installation issues immediately

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in utility installation

• Must hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Strong understanding of excavation protocols

• Skilled in shoring assembly and trenching

• Ability to analyze and apply civil construction drawings
