Position: Elevator Mechanic for New Installations

We are seeking a licensed Elevator Mechanic with 4-5 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair work. Your expertise will ensure the safe operation of elevator systems while working closely with project managers and contractors. Candidates should be skilled in troubleshooting and must meet licensing requirements for the designated location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and modernize elevator systems and components

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues

• Conduct inspections and preventive maintainance

• Diagnose problems and replace necessary parts

• Maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements:

• Licensed EDMA/EDMT – Class A or T

• Minimum 4-5 years of elevator experience

• Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety codes

• Ability to lift heavy parts and work at heights
