As a Lead Hand, you will report to the Fixed Plant Supervisor, tackling preventative maintenance and equipment repairs to maximize operational effectiveness.

Your role involves fostering team accountability while adhering to strict safety protocols. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety training and enforce safety measures

• Ensure machinery is well-maintained and operational

• Engage in troubleshooting for immediate repairs

• Plan maintenance schedules efficiently

• Update maintenance systems and improve practices

Requirements:

• Interprovincial Millwright Trade Certification needed

• Minimum of 2 years in a Lead Hand mining role

• Capable of working remotely on a 2 weeks on/off rotation

• Comfortable lifting/moving 50lbs during shifts

• Strong analytical and communication skills
