In this field-based role, you'll conduct product analysis and provide timely repairs for customer satisfaction. Collaborating with the sales team, your key responsibilities will include fault isolation, preventive maintenance, and in-servicing on equipment operations to ensure top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely service and repairs for customer satisfaction
• Complete fault isolation and maintenance at client locations
• Assist in promoting Stryker’s products and services
• Deliver post-sale equipment training and support
• Maintain accurate inventory of Stryker equipment
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Diploma in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license with excellent driving record
• Preference for candidates with a related technical degree
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across Canada
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
