Finning is seeking four Heavy Duty Mechanics specialized in mining. Candidates will utilize their expertise in assessing and repairing Caterpillar equipment. This role emphasizes safety, communication, and independent troubleshooting, allowing you to contribute to a fast-growing team dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Comply with safety protocols from Finning and customers
• Perform independent equipment troubleshooting and repairs
• Collaborate with supervisors on daily tasks
• Maintain Finning's customer service reputation
• Conduct component diagnosis and in-mine repairs
Requirements:
• Interprovincial Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic Certification
• Minimum 3 years experience in mining environments
• Valid class 5 driver's license with clean record
• Knowledge of Caterpillar product line and SIS 2.0
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform engine repairs independently
