Lead fleet maintenance and repairs as a Senior Mechanic with Wright Canada Holdings, mentoring teams and supporting shop operations full-time. Strong Excel and Outlook knowledge supports daily fleet work orders and coordination.
As Senior Mechanic, you will oversee equipment and vehicle maintenance while assisting with repairs. The position supports Wright Canada Holdings’ fleet, warehouse coordination, asset activities, and operational guidance. You will also mentor apprentice mechanics and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee fleet equipment and vehicle maintenance
- Assist with repairs and operational challenges
- Audit Fleet work orders for daily completion
- Assist with ordering parts
- Mentor apprentice mechanics and team members
- Complete a four-year Automotive Technician apprentice program
- Hold Journeyperson certification
- Bring at least five years of related experience
- Know Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Maintain basic mechanic tools
