Field Service MFP Technician

Maintain multifunction products and resolve printing issues as a Field Service Technician serving customers through on-site technical support.

Konica Minolta seeks an Office Systems Specialist to maintain and repair MFPs while supporting customer relationships and sales collaboration. The position combines break-fix service, customer support, accurate records, and learning new technologies. English proficiency is required for regular communication across Canada and outside Quebec.

• Maintain and repair MFPs and resolve customer printing issues
• Perform on-site service for multifunction products
• Maintain effective customer and sales relationships
• Manage parts, calls, records, and KPI targets
• Learn new technologies and follow KMBS procedures

• Community College Certificate in Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent
• Install and troubleshoot basic printing and scanning solutions
• Communicate strongly verbally and in writing
• Own a vehicle with valid insurance and appropriate coverage
• Hold a valid driver’s license and good driving record
