Maintain plumbing systems at University Hospital of Northern British Columbia as a Plumber, working Monday to Friday during daytime hours. Apply installation, repair, and modification skills across hospital service areas.
Under a Manager or designate, this Plumber supports Northern Health’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. The position installs, maintains, repairs, and modifies plumbing systems and associated equipment. It also assists with designs and upgrades supporting energy conservation and building infrastructure improvements.
Key Responsibilities:- Install plumbing systems within various hospital service areas
- Maintain associated plumbing equipment and system components
- Repair plumbing systems and related equipment as required
- Modify existing plumbing systems within service delivery areas
- Assist with energy conservation and infrastructure upgrades
- Work under the general supervision of a Manager or designate
- Support Northern Health’s mission, vision, values, and priorities
- Perform plumbing work across various service delivery areas
- Work Monday to Friday during scheduled daytime hours
- Demonstrate a hardworking and dedicated approach
Use plumbing installation, maintenance, repair, and modification expertise to support UHNBC systems and building infrastructure improvements.
