Position: Experienced Payroll Coordinator Role
Join our team as a Payroll Coordinator, where your expertise in payroll processing is essential. You will calculate payroll, prepare earnings summaries, and ensure compliance across various financial documentation.

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of payroll practices and software, including ADP, to handle the preparation and delivery of payroll cheques. You'll manage employee attendance records, assist with benefit administration, and compile relevant payroll statistics. Attention to detail is critical as you ensure reports reconcile accurately with bank statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate payroll and prepare cheques for disbursement

• Prepare statements detailing gross and net employee pay

• Maintain filing systems and update financial records

• Reconcile period-end payroll reports to bank statements

• Compile payroll statistics and reports for management

Requirements:

• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) Certification preferred

• Proficiency in ADP, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows

• Basic and confidential security clearances

• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Authorized to work in Canada as a permanent or temporary resident
